The Role
Support ecommerce growth across all Amazon territories by assisting the Amazon Executive with the day-to-day operational requirements of Amazon, working closely with key departments to ensure smooth and efficient marketplace operations.
The Responsibilities
- Support in maintaining account health across all country marketplaces by identifying potential issues, taking corrective action and escalating where required.
- Manage listing content and assets by ensuring product detail pages are accurate, consistent and compliant.
- Support FBA stock management by monitoring inventory levels, identifying potential risks and considering seasonal demand and sales trends.
- Support in improving brand and product visibility by reviewing listing performance and assisting with A/B testing of content and creative assets.
- Assist with Nikwax Brand Store optimisation, content updates, product presentation and advertising activities to enhance the customer experience.
- Support Nikwax brand protection by monitoring marketplace activity and assisting with Brand Registry and other brand-protection initiatives as required.
- Support Amazon customer service by responding to enquiries promptly and monitoring customer feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with Amazon administration, including performance reporting, meeting coordination and maintaining accurate, up-to-date process documentation.
- Monitor Amazon marketplace KPIs, analyse performance trends and variances, and identify improvement opportunities with the Amazon Executive.
The Key Skills and Qualities
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, eBay, Bol.com, or experience in a similar ecommerce environment, would be advantageous, alongside the ability to use data and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience in marketing, particularly in advertising or creative design, would be advantageous. Experience in stock management would also be beneficial.
Your standard working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will be required to attend our offices in Wadhurst, East Sussex, at least once a week
