Job Description/Functions
Be responsible for ensuring daily management of Facilities Helpdesk including allocation of actions to appropriate individuals and compiling works orders for external contractors, whilst managing the expectations of the internal customer.
Deal with urgent building maintenance tasks by providing effective temporary repairs and engaging/supervising external contractors as necessary.
Manage,purchase and distribute stocks of facilities related consumables and beverage making supplies for all sites.
Maintain Fleet Vehcle database, including mileage updates, bookings, servicing, checking for damage etc.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors including obtaining quotes and booking in jobs as required
Keep records and reciepts of department spending and complete monthly expenses returns as required by Finance Team
Assist with record keeping and management of records related to Facilities and Health & Safety.
Work with Group Health and Safety Manager to ensure legal compliance by way of completing statutory checks on designated systems (such as fire and legionella)
Assist in maintenance of Management Systems by assisting with audits and working with teams to rectify non-compliance as required.
P.A.T. carry out regular visual inspections of electrical equipment in line with Electricty at Work Regs

Maintain and Improve the Groups record keeping and responses to internal facilities requirements. Manage bookings/calendars for the Operational Standards and Facilities Team.
Competencies
Formal Qualifications
First Aid Qualification would be a bonus
Experience Range
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Good level of numeracy
Understanding of budgeting
Familiarity with ISO management systems
Proficient in practical DIY skills
